教師們認真投入觀課 |
課程一開始,帶領孩子分析西北法的四個進程—烏雲密布、閃電霹靂、大雨滂沱、雨過天青,讓學生透過表格深入理解,接著以幾幅示範的圖例告訴孩子畫圖的規準,最後各組將「烏雲密布」的圖畫完成。
原班王老師說明,溪南的孩子很單純,由於已經上完全課,因此孩子們對於教材內容已很熟悉,因此今天的實作會很想把每個細節全面呈現,但問題就在沒辦法專注的聆聽指令,思考也不夠慎重,其實孩子們今天的課很感興趣,一直在想待會如何得高分,參與度很高,因此忽略了老師的指令如何,導致有些組別的畫加了「大雨」、「雷電」等。
其他觀課老師也表示,孩子在畫畫時很開心,也能為自己的畫練習口語表達,是個活化課程的好方法,且設備臨時出了問題,童欣老師一點也不顯慌亂,台風很穩,是一場很成功的教學演示。

議課時, 陳柏宇主任也以溪南的國文團隊為榮,國文老師們一直維持高度熱情進行共備,希望能提升溪南孩子更高的閱讀理解能力。這次童欣轉輔的入班授課,以「文轉圖」的策略,確實看到孩子全面的投入,也表達對輔導團的感謝。
童欣專輔表示,這個班級雖然只有21人,但全班互動情形良善,也很主動發表意見,歸功於原班國文老師從一年級便有分組上課模式之效果。但由於前面與學生建立關係花了比較多時間,因此後面實作下的指導語可能較不清楚,以至於有些組別接收指令不完全。
